On October 17, 2013, the Promotion Conference of Nanjing Zijin (Xiaguan) Technology Entrepreneurship Special District and the Introduction Program Promotion Symposium of Nanjing Leading Technology Entrepreneurs were held in our school. In attendance were Zhou Xinping (Director of Nanjing Gulou Zijin Special District Administrative Committee), Chen Jianhua (Assistant Minister of Investment and Enterprise Services of Zijin (Xiaguan)), and more than 30 experts and professors from our school. The promotion conference was hosted by Professor Kang Jianrong (Director of the Technology Transfer Center of our school ).

The participating experts carefully watched the propaganda film of Gulou District of Nanjing, and listened to the PPT promotion of Gulou District and Zijin (Xiaguan) Technology Entreprenurship Special District, and then had a heated interaction (Q&A) about the specific policies and details of the Nanjing Leading Technology Entrepreneurship Talents Introduction Program. The “Nanjing 321 Introduction Plan” caused strong repercussions among the participating experts, professors and users. Some experts said that they would consider Zijin (Xiaguan) Kechuang Special District to start a business, and asked detaildly about the next specific cooperation.

The promotion conference strengthened the exchanges and contacts between our school experts and local governments and enterprises, providing a smooth channel for our school's expert serving society and building a good platform for the school's science and technology to serve local economic and social development.
