Summary	This   project uses SiC Schottky diodes and SiC Mosfet which are independently   studied by the company to investigates design programs about topology, drive   circuit, thermal management and control system of full silicon carbide ship   ballast water treatment power system. So as to investigate a new full silicon   carbide ship ballast water treatment power module with high reliability, high   efficiency and high power density, and integrate the 200KW full silicon   carbide ship ballast water treatment power system according to electrical   systems.
