The presence of ectopic fat (EF) in the body can lead to insulin resistance and further progression to type 2 diabetes (T2DM). Based on the principle of chemical removal oil method, a natural surfactant with no toxicity, little side effect or no effect is proposed to remove the EF in the body. It was found that a medicinal granules of multi-composition can effectively remove EF from the body of patients with type 2 diabetes, and thereby greatly improve or recover the T2DM symptoms of patients. This method is more effective, quicker, easier to popularize and easier to be accepted by patients than through healthy diet and exercise that is not easily popularized. In addition, this method is also beneficial to relieve or eliminate symptoms of insulin resistance, which is of great significance for the prevention and treatment of T2DM.
