The test Bench for powered support is composed of oil pump station, hydraulic control system for loading frame, hydraulic control system for powered support under test, supercharging system, electrical control system, computer measurement and control system and TV monitoring system.

The test bench is controlled to raise and fall moving beam of the load frame and plug and pull pins by PLC. After the operator completes the parameter setting, the test bench will automatically press, unload, keep pressure, collect and analyze pressure on the test holder according to the set test parameters.The test data are collected, displayed and stored by industrial control computer. The test control and data processing system is developed under Windows system. The test data is stored on the computer hard disk and managed by the database. The system automatically generates the test report after the end of the test storage and prints the test report as needed.
