On the afternoon of June 21st, JSNU held a coordination meeting on international students’ work. Professor Zhou Ruguang, President of JSNU, attended the meeting and delivered a speech. Leaders of International Cooperation and Communication Office, Teaching Affairs Office, Graduate School, Logistics Management Office and other departments, as well as leaders of International College attended the meeting.
At the meeting, the responsible person of the International Cooperation and Communication Office read and emphasized the newly issued “Management Measures for Recruiting and Training International Students of Jiangsu Normal University”. In the context of the global epidemic, the responsible persons of the International College announced the key work points of the international students, such as the issuance of graduation certificates, dormitory cleaning, visa extension, online teaching quality assurance and assessment.
Relevant officials from various departments and colleges conducted in-depth discussions on the problems and difficulties encountered in the management of international students during the normalization of epidemic prevention and control, and put forward opinions and suggestions on the cultivation of international students and the international development of JSNU.
