The Graduation Ceremony and Degree Awarding Ceremony of Undergraduates of 2021 of Jiangsu Normal University was Held

On the morning of June 23rd, the Graduation Ceremony and Degree Awarding Ceremony of undergraduates of 2021 of Jiangsu Normal University was held in the gymnasium of Quanshan Campus. All the school leaders attended the ceremony. Members of the Academic Degree Assessment Committee, members of the Student Work Committee, deans, deputy secretaries of the Party Committee, counselors, teachers’ representatives, parents’ representatives of graduates and all graduates of 2021 attended the ceremony. Professor Liu Guangdeng, Vice Party Secretary of CPC JSNU Committee and Vice President of JSNU, presided over the ceremony.

After a video and a chorus of college students, the ceremony began with a standing ovation of the national anthem. With warm applause of the audience, President Zhou Ruguang delivered a speech. On behalf of all the teachers and staff, he extended his warmest congratulations to the graduates who have successfully completed their studies. He also extended his heartfelt thanks and high respect to all the parents and teachers who have trained and guided the students with great care.

Vice President Qian Jin read “Bachelor Degree Awarding Decision for Undergraduates”and “Commendation Decision for Excellent Graduates”. President Zhou Ruguang awarded degree certificates to the graduates.

Vice President Du Zengji read out the “University Achievement Award Commendation Decision”, and Party Secretary Hua Guihong presented the certificates to the winners.

Professor Fang Dongmei, Dean of Institute of Physical Education, made a speech as the representative of the teachers. Ms. Wang Ningmei, the mother of Wang Xuechun, an undergraduate from School of Media, Film and Television, delivered a speech as the representative of parents. Zhou Houyu from School of Linguistic Sciences and Arts made a speech as the representative of the graduates.
