On the evening of May 28th, the final of the 11th “China Mobile Cup” JSNU Dance Competition was held in the gymnasium of Quanshan Campus. Professor Liu Guangdeng, Vice Party Secretary of CPC JSNU Committee and Vice President of JSNU, and directors of relevant departments were invited to attend and award the winners. Cao Shulin, National First-class Art Supervisor and Honorary Chairman of Xuzhou Dancers Association, Fan Xiaowen, Director of Music Department of China University of Mining and Technology, Wu Xuemei, Director of Art Center of Xuzhou Kindergarten Teachers College, and other teachers of Art Education Center of Xuzhou were the judges of the competition. The youth representatives of JSNU who have won the special prizes and gold prizes in the 6th National Art Exhibition, the 17th Challenge Cup and the 5th Volunteer Service Project Competition were also invited.
More than 400 students from 22 colleges and schools of JSNU participated in the competition. After the preliminary competition, 12 “dance teams” and 12 “dance stars” candidates successfully advanced to the final.
Under the strong support of academic affairs office, student affairs office, logistics management office, security office, information department and related colleges and schools, the competition successfully updated technology and innovated competition rules. VR panoramic live broadcast was used for the first time in the competition, bringing all-round visual experience to teachers and students. The competition closely focused on the theme of celebrating the 100th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of China, with profound thoughts and diverse dance styles, and brought a wonderful visualfeast for all the teachers and students.
