Prof. Huang, male, is a master supervisor of Applied Economics. He received his master’s degree of economics from Fudan University. 

Prof. Huang has been engaged in research on industrial economy, regional economy, and rural economy. He is the director of the world economy association in China, of Xuzhou Economic Association, of Xuzhou Western Economic Association, of Xuzhou Business Association, and of Xuzhou Entrepreneurs Association. He has presided over two provincial-level research projects and nine municipal-level research projects and has participated in three national research projects, four provincial researchprojects, and three bureau-level research projects. He has published three books, co-authored five books, and co-edited five textbooks. By far, Huang has published over 40 papers on academic journals and obtained three municipal awards. As a senior economic adviser to the Xuzhou municipal government, Huang often participates in decision-making of enterprise development, the new rural construction organized by the Xuzhou municipal government. He is interviewed by Xuzhou radio station, TV station, sharing his viewpoints on the local economy. Huang often takes part in activities of decision-making of management and development strategies of large enterprise groups.
